3. The electric start gasoline engine shall include the manufacturer�s standard fuel tank and filter system and be provided an ignition switch, choke, and throttle mounted on the control panel.

4. The two wheeled cart type trailer chassis on which the auger is mounted - shall meet all DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and shall be provided with retractable landing leg with caster type landing wheel, leveling jacks, and a standard commercial lunette ring for towing with a motor vehicle.

5. The equipment shall be provided with suitably located instruction plates describing any special or important procedures to be followed in operating and servicing. The plates, made of a material which-will last and remain legible for the life of the equipment, shall be securely affixed to the equipment.
