2.2
Other publications. The following document (s) form a part of this
specification to the extent specified herein. The issues of the documents which
are indicated as DoD adopted shall be the issue listed in the current DoDISS and
the supplement thereto, if applicable.

2.3 Order of Procedure. In the event of a conflict between the text of this
specification and the references cited herein, the text of this specification
shall take precedence.
3.1
First Article of production. Unless otherwise specified in the invitation
for bids and contract, the contractor shall furnish one First Article of production
of the shelter facility for approval.
(See 4.3).
3.2 Construction. The Shelter Facility shall be constructed in accordance with
the drawings as listed on DL-C5079125.
3.3 Electrical Installation
3.3.1 Power system wiring and components. Installation and wiring of power
wires and components including cable assemblies, receptacles, switches, meters,
circuit breakers, neon lamps, flourescent lamps, lighting fixtures, distribution
assemble system and wiring components shall be in accordance with the drawings
unless otherwise stated. The completed in-place power distribution system shall
meet the following requirements:
3.3.1.1 Input power. The shop equipment, battery servicing, shelter mounted AN/TSM-
shall be capable of meeting the performance requirements of this specification

when operated from any power source having a voltage of 120/208 volts
10%, three
phase, WYE connected, frequency 47 to 63 Hz, 100 ampere service, five (5) wire.
