6.4 Safety and health requirements. In order that equipment integrated into
the user's operational environment will comply with OSHA limitations and control
of noise levels, radiation, electromagnetic emission, noxious vapors, heat, etc,
as applicable, specific requirements concerning such points of operation, and
other health and safety requirements, should be specified by the user (see
3.4.6).
6.5 Changes from previous issue. The margins of this specification are
marked with an asterisk to indicate where changes (additions, modifications,
corrections, deletions) from the previous issue were made. This was done as a
convenience only and the Government assumes no liability whatsoever for any
inaccuracies in these notations. Bidders and suppliers are cautioned to evaluate
the requirements of this document based on the entire content irrespective of the
marginal notations and relationship to the previous issue.
